Corporate and commercial law
Incorporation of legal entities, drafting and amending founding and internal acts, corporate governance and legal support for business.
For companies and entrepreneurs the office assists from choosing the legal form and incorporation through to day-to-day legal matters. Particular attention is given to aligning corporate decisions, authorisations, internal acts and contracts, and to relations between members, directors and employees. The analysis always depends on the structure of the particular entity and its acts. Bookkeeping, tax and payroll calculations are not legal services.
